Data Collected and Purposes of Processing
This website collects the minimum amount of information necessary to ensure its functioning and to understand, in aggregate and anonymous form, how it is used.
Visitor statistics. The site uses Burst Statistics, an analytics tool installed directly on the website’s server. It does not use tracking cookies and does not share any data with third parties. Burst collects, in anonymous form, the number of visits, pages viewed, country of origin (derived from the IP address, which is immediately anonymized and not stored in an identifiable form), device type and referral source. It is not possible to identify individual visitors. Purpose: to understand overall website activity. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Email communications. If you write to info@francescosperi.com, the information you provide in your message (email address, name, content) will be used solely to reply to you. Purpose: managing the communication. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Technical navigation data. As with any website, the server records technical logs (date and time of access, pages requested, browser used) for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used for profiling.
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be present, required for the WordPress platform to function. Under applicable law, these cookies do not require consent.
Data Sharing
Collected data is not sold, transferred or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The site is hosted on servers provided by Aruba S.p.A., which acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Data Retention
Statistics collected through Burst are kept in aggregate and anonymous form for no longer than necessary for the purposes stated above. Emails received are retained only for the time strictly required to handle the communication and any related follow-up.
Your Rights
At any time you can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, simply write to info@francescosperi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
